Who we are
A forum for Romanian constitutionalism
The Romanian Association of Constitutional Law brings together academics, researchers and practitioners of constitutional law from across Romania. The association supports scientific research, academic debate and constitutional education, strengthening constitutional culture and the rule of law.
As the Romanian national association affiliated with the International Association of Constitutional Law (IACL–AIDC), the ARDC connects the Romanian academic community to international constitutional dialogue and supports its members' participation in global projects and congresses.

International cooperation
Affiliation with the IACL–AIDC and partnerships with universities and institutions at home and abroad give members access to the worldwide network of constitutionalists.
A forum for constitutional debate
Conferences, seminars and publications through which the association contributes to the analysis of constitutional developments and to training young researchers.
