Mission
The Romanian Association of Constitutional Law aims to promote the study and scientific research of constitutional law, to develop national and international academic dialogue and to strengthen constitutional culture in Romanian society.
To fulfil this purpose, the association:
History
The community of Romanian constitutionalists has grown over the years around the Annual Roundtable of constitutional law, an academic tradition that reached its 26th edition in 2025. The association continues and develops this tradition, giving it a permanent institutional framework.
As the national association affiliated with the IACL–AIDC, the ARDC is part of the worldwide network of constitutional law associations and helps represent the Romanian school of public law in international academic fora.
