On 27 March 2023, the Romanian Association of Constitutional Law and Moldova State University concluded a collaboration protocol, signed by the USM Rector, Mr Igor Șarov, and by the association’s then president, Prof. Mihai Bădescu.
The protocol establishes a framework of mutual support between the two institutions: organising events of common interest within each institution’s field of competence, exchanging information at decision-making level, and an organised framework for carrying out scientific research activities in partnership.
The collaboration with academia in the Republic of Moldova reflects one of the association’s statutory directions: developing constitutional dialogue across the Romanian-speaking legal space and international academic cooperation.
